Yes, please bring your puppy into the shop and we can record an accurate weight for you.
We can look on our supplier’s website and as long as it is in stock we can order it in for you (they have most pet foods!).
Yes, we deliver with in a 12-mile radius from the shop (TN17 3PS) and orders over £75 are free. Orders under £75 incur a £5 cost. Deliveries outside of the 12-mile radius require a personalised quote.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to create a truly indestructible dog toy, but KONG toys are tough and come in different sizes to suit the strength of you dog. We also have Beco toys which have soft bodies, tough limbs and are double stitched around the edge to keep everything inside and to stop dogs ripping them open instantly!
Pillow Wad Woodshavings, 1kg or 3.6kg (in compostable packaging) are a very popular choice for small pet bedding.

You can use sprays or plug in diffusers specifically designed to decrease stress in cats and reduce conflict between cats living together.
No, we do not sell any pets or animals. We have a notice board in the entrance to the shop where customers can advertise the sale of pets amongst other things.
